Continuing the glorious tradition , we want to celebrate with you 1 month of work. Everyone is welcome. We did not stand still, carefully studied the offers of users and are ready to present you a new version of “Books in Hands” - Vivacity. Today we distribute invites (I remind you, friends can be invited to the network indefinitely).

Books are displayed randomly and are a design element. In addition, a rather interesting rating appeared “Most Desired Books”, which calculates the amount of people who want to read the book through “I Want to Read”. So, in second place was the book " Waves Quench the Wind " by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky. And in the first place, just yesterday, the book " McConnell's Perfect Code " broke out ;) In general, we plan to expand the number of ratings so that the choice of books to read is easier.
By popular demand of readers, we have introduced tags. Only they are not general (in which there is little sense yet), but individual. This allows you to organize information on bookshelves by setting tags for each book, and later, when you search for a book on a bookshelf, it will be reduced to clicking on the tag. In addition, we did not abandon the idea of genres. Now on the shelves displays the Personal cloud of genres. You can figure out which genres you like best. Hurrah! There was a quick search for books and authors with autocomplete. Now it is not necessary to use the general search, and immediately find the desired book by entering it into the form. And we’ve expanded Live. Now there are not only the latest comments, but also the latest reviews. True, so far there are mostly reviews from Ozone, but we are eager to see your work.
The new feature “Books in hands” is informational messages. Now, in addition to pigeon mail and communication with the scientist Cat, you can read interesting news on the topic of the near-ring.
The number of new messages is displayed on the control panel.
