A client of our online agency needs contextual and just banner advertising. I, at the request of the client, prepare possible accommodation options. And I can’t prepare it, because advertising platforms simply ignore my email requests.
I sent a letter to classmates with specific questions about accommodation on the morning of July 4. There is still no answer (today I reset the letter again).
A letter was sent to the sales department of the contextual advertising system Rorer.ru on July 3 at 17-34. No answer.
The runner on the main page of the site advertises placing a banner in the search for Rambler. From there, there is a link to the feedback form (link text "Order placement of a graphic banner in the search results on Rambler"). Filled out and posted on Friday afternoon. "Our manager will contact you soon". Apparently, the Runner, the concept of "near future" is extensible for more than 1-2 business days. No one was contacted at the time of this writing.
And only from Yandex I received an almost instant response from the manager with a detailed explanation of my question. And the next morning the manager called by phone to clarify whether I received a letter.
And the rest, advertisers are no longer needed?
In my letters there was a signature with the name, name of the Internet agency, e-mail, phones and addresses of corporate sites. It seems like a reason not to move the letter to the basket, without an answer. Although, if the signature was simply “Petya”, then you need to answer, right?
PS. While writing the text, an answer came from Odnoklassniki. To my second letter sent today. But where is the first lost?
