Jevix: php version 0.9 (beta) published

Jevix  is a tool for applying typing rules (typography), filtering tags and attributes, and preventing XSS attacks. Jevix is intended for use as part of Internet projects that publish user-generated materials, whether it be a large social network or an author’s blog.

Jevix is able to completely take on all possible problems with processing user-generated material in plain text or HTML.

Jevix  is an open source project. We are pleased to announce the release of the beta version in php.

The main purpose of this release is to collect comments and opinions, after which the final (stable) version will be released. In fairness, it is worth canceling that the php implementation has gone much further than the framework in which the original perl version was conceived, which is quite natural: time goes on, the level of requests increases.

Please note that at this time, Jevix is not a means to apply all possible aesthetic typographic rules. The main focus of the project is the application within large resources with User-Genarated material.

We look forward to constructive feedback and suggestions.

You can download the source code on the project page .
PS Technical requirements: PHP5, mbstring, raw data in UTF-8
