Nanobint from Arch Therapeutics

Arch Therapeutics has developed a nanosubstance that can stop bleeding in just a couple of seconds. Medicinal fluid consists of amino acids that form peptides and clusters and, when it enters a salty environment (blood, for example), are converted into tubes. Which, in fact, contribute to coagulation.

At the moment, the liquid "nanoband" is being approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), the US government agency for the control of drugs, medical equipment and medical research. And, as reported in Arch Therapeutics, it may soon become an integral part of the operating room.
