I tracked what they write here for about a month, then decided and registered.
It turned out pretty quickly to gain karma, thanks to some knowledge of psychology and the ability to adapt to the mood of the majority. As soon as I expressed my own opinions, karma declined very quickly.
Today, with perplexity, I read topics about "superhabr". For me somehow not very interesting show-offs in the form of karma, selectivity and other snobbery. But.

As I understand it, initially this project was purely IT. Very well.
Then came those who knew how to cut cabbage on the sale of half-baked “startups”. Another caste appeared - “start-ups”, these are some kind of lemings that google Google’s laurels are haunting. They idolize VKontakte and other "startups", often not realizing that 90 percent of them are communized Western projects. They write posts “stop working for an uncle” and revel in a certain “freedom”.
Then the managers came here. These are those who wanted to see how their subordinates live, to catch trends, so to speak. Some of them started writing posts, and very good, by the way. And during "stop plowing on uncle" they raised the answer "on uncle plowing is cool."
This whole gang has long gone out of the definition of IT. And that’s what attracted me to the resource. Unlike the sullen long-haired gundos, managers and start-ups express more daring, promising, often brilliant thoughts. For me, this is what the habr is valuable for. And if all IT-employees go to the “super hub” - nothing I, personally, I will not lose. As surely half the habrayuzer.
But here's the catch. The old guard, with its karma pumped up and “transcendental” authority, has long been numbed like the audience of the EZHER-list (yes, I’ve signed there, it’s not interesting to read spam from these farts), and doesn’t understand that times are changing, those who came here too wants to chat.
I am very glad that the creators of the Habr began to slowly breed the audience in the corners. Differentiate her. To specify. Well, etc. And all these creeps perfectly show who the idiot is and who is normal and adequate.
