Google has released an open source email downloader .
To date, this software is available only to users of Windows XP / Vista. The main purpose is to transfer existing emails and contacts to your Google Apps Gmail account .
Instructions:
Download and install Google Email Uploader, select one of your email clients: Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express and / or Thunderbird to start the download. The images below explain the diagram in detail.
