    On "Habrahabr" and in "My circle" I received fewer responses compared to work sites. But on the “personal matters” of the candidates, it became clear which of them should be met.     In any case, social networks greatly brought their users closer to the state of an implicit interview, but they use their capabilities incompletely.     Maybe I was wrong. There are many sites that do not experiment with “big stimulating ideas,” but with the organizational and technical side of things. RBC launched " Ulovumov ", a search engine for vacancies and resumes throughout the Internet. Eichar Home offers to post vacancies simultaneously on several sites. " Bimbo " - to sell yourself or buy at auction candidates. Having seen everything for 80 years on the Internet, I realized that it was completely unpredictable - even a stick can “shoot” here. Perhaps the Day of Judgment will come and the Monster will swallow everyone . At least, as Maya Kozlova told me, work sites are definitely not enough: they help compile salary statistics.
