Why, in my opinion, is RBC evil?

What does RBC do? Buys online projects. The figure above indicates which large projects this holding is closely affiliated with. Or rather - owns, has exclusive advertising rights and other forms. Dozens of major entertainment blogs, QIP, Fishki.Net, Anekdot.Ru and much more were bought, millions of investments are quickly mastered. Little is reported on purchases, all in the shadows, and not publicly. The holding management promises the development of these projects.

    Is it good or bad?
Bad, of course! Before us is an aggressive and destructive monopolization of the industry. So far with a slightly human face mask. If FAS exists, then there is no need to talk about the benefits of monopolization for all economic agents.

Consider the simplest scheme. The holding buys 5 projects and plants their administrators (former owners) to update the resource for money. What is happening and how does this threaten the industry? How does this affect all participants in the process?

    For holding.
    - Increasing informational influence in order to suppress competitors and advance their interests.
    - the possibility of a dictate of the price level (dumping, overstatement) by accumulating a large number of large projects in their hands.
    - cost reduction and profit from projects (positive economies of scale)

    For administrators.
    - automation of exchange, updates (one can update 2 projects at once, with overlapping material)
    - internal competition disappears. Who should be better and visited will be decided by the State Planning Commission.
    - there is little motivation, work for a fixed salary
    - the attitude to the project is no longer as reverent as it was previously

    For visitors.
    - lowering the quality of information received
    - the same advertising on all sites
    - propaganda of the same ideas (the elections are approaching, we will see it in full)
    - a drop in uniqueness and lack of zest (all projects are carbon copy)

    For advertisers.
    - cost of advertising by an order of magnitude
    - intersecting audience
    - buying ads through 1 center, lack of competitive offers
    - receiving an unreasonable refusal (the holding offers similar services and will not advertise competitors for any money)

For those who managed to maintain independence in this war (for me, for example)
    - reduced opportunities for traffic exchange
    - massive oppression by competitors
    - increased revenue from advertising (increasing prices in the holding helps me to raise prices)
    - increased advertisers
In principle, for I'm fine and rosy. Therefore, attempts to slander me and say that I wrote this essay with the aim of pushing my interests are not entirely adequate to reality. I care about the overall situation, fairness and long-term effects

for the industry as a whole.
    - decide for yourself :)
