There are no personalized pages - there is iGoogle!

logo.gifGoogle personalized pages have been renamed iGoogle . However, rebranding is not the only change! Now users have the opportunity to create their own gadgets using an assistant.

After you have created your gadget, you can invite a certain circle of people to see and use it, or make it accessible to everyone.

Assistant (aka the creation wizard) allows you to enter settings for seven new gadget templates:
    1. Framed Photo - Add up to seven photos that you can rotate.
    2. GoogleGram - add seven greeting messages.
    3. Daily Me - write what you are doing now (tolog?).
    4. Countdown - Counts the time before the start of a specific event.
    5. Personal List - can be used as a ToDo list, or a shopping list.
    6. YouTube Channel - Add up to 10 video files.
    7. Free Form - add an image and some text.

Gadgets help you stay in touch with your friends: if any contact from your GMail mailbox created a new gadget, you can see it in the new iGoogle section called “ My Community ”.
