    But if you have a blog! I must say right away that I do not consider this an interference with my personal life, for the simple reason that a blog is, as a rule, public and public.

    In the blog, I am interested in the “dark side” of the personality of the applicant, because at the interview all the paws and hardworking workers. And even if the applicant on the blog also tries to create some kind of image, but this image will clearly not be designed for the employer. Those. if a person writes that “it’s terrible to work, I want to hang out all the time, at the last work everyone was the same scum and intrigue, like at the previous one, they had a great bang yesterday with Katka, filed a job application form - you have to hang out with yours somewhere I won’t start a business, bloody gebnya around ”and other cute phrases, then you should not take it, even if he is a professional. Because this professional can be terrible in its moral and ethical qualities.
