Profile panel alignment and ad unit format.

Once again, I'm starting to wonder about formatting and consistency of blocks. I would like two things. The first is to align the profile panel with the field on the left so that they make up a single vertical with a live stream and a tag cloud. The second thing is a banner habrakhabri . Is it possible to make it not vertical, but horizontal? And so that its width is the same as that of the live broadcast blocks and the tag cloud? And the top was leveled with collective personal columns, etc.
