The guys from Ars Technica decided to find out which is better - Xbox or Apple TV. An interesting study turned out (if we leave behind the stern question of the advisability of comparing the iron and the kettle), and the results are as follows - the Xbox is preferable for the average user, and here's why:
- Xbox is cheaper than Apple TV: $ 100 vs $ 300;
- Xbox supports playback of formats such as DivX or WMV;
- Finally, the Xbox is also a game console.
Conclusion: a unique "apple" design is not the most important thing. The functionality, which the Xbox, undoubtedly, is much richer (thanks, for example, to the Xbox Media Center ), is put by many higher than beauty.
