Rambler Media announces management changes: Mark Ozumer has been appointed CEO, and Arthur Hakobyan has been appointed CFO.
Mark Opzumer is an expert in the field of Internet, communications and media. From July 2001 to December 2003, he was Managing Director and Vice President of Yahoo! Europe, engaged in the development of the company, in particular, the service component. Mr. Opzumer is one of the founders and director of Bond Capital Partners Ltd, which specializes in providing structured finance for European mid-cap companies. He has an MBA from the IMD Business School in Lausanne. Mr. Opzumer is a citizen of Great Britain and Canada.

The previous CEO, Irina Hoffman, will join the Board of Directors of the company as an independent director and, at the end of the transition period, will depart from Rambler Media operations management.
The new CFO, Arthur Hakobyan, joined the Syntrra group of companies at Rambler Media, where he served as CFO and Vice President for Corporate Finance since August 2005. Arthur Hakobyan was responsible for all aspects of financial management, including the implementation of several significant acquisitions and acquisitions, business restructuring and the implementation of IFRS.
Previous CFO James Mullins leaves the company and the Board of Directors of Rambler Media.
