Continuation of the story with HP
He took the device from repair, wrote a complaint and went to work.
Arriving, turned on the PDA and found that it also does not work as before the repair. Inoperability lies in the fact that from time to time the touchscreen starts to “stick” and it becomes simply impossible to use the handheld. This problem does not appear constantly, but from time to time, HP engineers apparently turned on the device, poked a couple of times with a stylus, thought that everything was fine and returned it uncorrected. What kills me the most is the fact that I had to wait almost 2 months and on the phone I was convinced that there were no necessary spare parts. In my opinion this is utter rudeness towards the client, especially considering the fact that they violated the cloud of clauses from the law on consumer protection.
A few days later I arrived at the service center again to find out what kind of movements are happening regarding my claim. So it was explained that they were not going to satisfy her and advised me to go to court.
I’m sitting right now and thinking if I need all this crap. I’m sure that I will win the process, but I really don’t want to kill a lot of time for it, and it will be so.
In general, my opinion about HP has deteriorated greatly. Next time, I’ll think many times before buying anything from them ...
