It seems to me that it would be logical to allow the following HTML tags for use in comments and texts:
- - for convenient decoding of abbreviations, which are present in great numbers in IT texts
- , - relatives, but for some reason deprived of brothers of allowed semantic tags and
- and - may be useful for footnotes, notes, recording chemical and other formulas
