UBS and Waportal changed ownership

The other day, Alex Mas has sold his shares in the Ukrainian Portal and the Ukrainian Banner Network. Judging by Alexey’s personal blog, he is preparing a press conference. The buyer was a Ukrainian investor who already owns several Ukrainian Internet companies. I do not disclose the name of the buyer and the amount of the transaction, I think Alex himself will let this know if he wants. But as for me, the amount turned out to be underestimated for two projects that, although old and backward, have a large user base that could be skillfully directed in the right direction.

In the webmaster mailing list, he already began to look for new developers of a large project, apparently he began to invest the money received :)
