The court recognized KM-Online as a pirate

On Friday, the Butyrsky District Court recognized KM Online as a copyright infringer - translations of four books made by the translator Oleg Kolesnikov were illegally posted on the website of the electronic library vip.km.ru. The court forbade KM Online to use these texts and sentenced the translator to pay compensation of 102,300 rubles. Details and comments of the participants can be found here .
