When creating a game, developers must be very careful. Otherwise, gamers may begin to accuse the creator of the game in developing a persistent addiction to the "game drug." That's exactly what a gamer from Siberia did - he blamed Bethesda for losing his wife and job because of getting used to Fallout 4. The gamer considers the company responsible for all his troubles, and requires Bethesda 500 thousand rubles. Sibiryak claims that starting to play in Fallout 4 and did not suspect that the game would be so exciting, because of which he could not tear himself away from the passage until he completed everything.

At the same time, problems did not arise in a teenager, but in a completely adult person, a 28-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk. Having started the passage, the gamer simply could not tear himself away from the toy. For three weeks he sat at the PC screen, day and night, practically without getting up. As a result, the Fallout lover was fired, plus his wife left him. And the gamer stopped talking with friends.

Moreover, the Siberian almost did not sleep and did not eat - because of this, his health was undermined.

“If I knew that this game can be addictive, I would not play it. Either I would not buy it, or I would wait for the New Year holidays to begin the passage, "said the gamer.

A resident of Krasnoyarsk now wants to receive 500 thousand rubles in court from Bethesda Game Studios and the studio that localized Fallout 4.

In Russia, this is one of the first such lawsuits that could become a "touchstone". If the studio is found guilty, other gamers will begin to apply to the court (players in Fallout are no longer necessarily).

In the world, this has already happened. So, in 2010, a resident of the Hawaiian Islands sued the developer of Lineage II. Craig Smallwood demanded a payment, claiming that he would never start playing if he knew that the game was so addictive. Surprisingly, the judge agreed with his opinion, obliging NCsoft, the developer of the "line", to pay all the legal costs of the plaintiff, accumulated by him for six months of the lawsuit.

Fallout 4 is a video game from Bethesda Softworks produced by Bethesda Game Studios, the sequel to Fallout 3. The game is the fifth part of the series. In Russia and the CIS, it is localized by SoftKlab. Now it is possible to print any object from the game on a 3D printer .
