And we have ShielPlus, and you?

    imageRecently, in our blog, instead of product articles, there were "general education" ones about how to care for a disk (and with the help of which utilities ) in Windows and OS X operating systems . Despite the fact that everything described was applicable to almost any disc, for some reason many people wrote everything down to the OCZ disc count, saying, "It's strange, my disc works without all these manipulations . " It would be at least strange if this were not so, but just in case, we declare responsibly: our disks also work fine in different operating systems, and all the tips mentioned were described only for educational purposes :)

    However, nothing lasts forever, including our disks and disks from other manufacturers. But in this case, we have great news: if something happens to your OCZ drive ... then we will just send you a new one instead of the defective one! This is part of our unique end-user warranty program, ShieldPlus , which now, hooray, has earned money in Russia and Ukraine!

    The program extends to almost the entire modern line of OCZ client drives (except for RevoDrive350):
    Vector 180 | Radeon R7 | Vertex 460A | Arc 100 | Trion 100

    What to do to get a new SSD instead of a defective one without leaving home
    - Go to the OCZ website , create a request for technical support ;
    - Technical support will respond to the request within 24 hours;
    - After that, the user will receive an email with the PMA number;
    - And a second letter with a UPS label and instructions for sending defective SSDs for free;
    - The user will need to print this label and call the local UPS office to order a courier for the desired date and time. Or (optionally) take the defective SSD yourself to the nearest UPS location;
    - A new replacement product will be sent within 24 hours after receiving the RMA number;
    - ???
    - PROFIT!

    And yet, take care of your disks, they store the most valuable of your computers - your data.

    Have a good weekend!
