Comet Churyumov-Gerasimenko is a rather large object, the length of the comet is about 4 kilometers. This is in the photos of Rosetta Station it does not look very big, in reality, everything is different.
In order to get a real understanding of the size of the comet, the artist Christopher Beck (Christopher Becke) compiled several comparative illustrations. In the illustrations - a comet next to the most famous starships from the NF works. Real cities are also shown, again, in comparison with a comet.
Comparison of the comet with cities was already carried out by scientists from the ESA, and not Christopher (the artist’s site with all similar illustrations is here ). It all looks no less impressive.
