DentalTap Service Overview - Treatment Section

    - Just a regular dental practice automation service?
    - Not.
    - Then the details, please!

In December 2016, we launched the second product of the company, DentalCloud, which focuses on the automation of dental practice. We have chosen an interesting niche of the solvent market - practicing dentists, who either owns their office or conducts several practices - works in a public clinic and practices in a private one, as an example.

    Chip in what?

At the output of the development, we gave doctors the full automation functionality that was previously available only to clinics and completely redesigned the service architecture in the p2p direction, when a specialist with clear tasks of automating treatment, administration and communication with patients is in the center. At the same time, we made it possible for the doctor to work together with colleagues through interesting implementations in the architecture of the solution itself. Collaboration - an invitation to a colleague’s doctor at some stage of treatment with the transfer of all the functionality and part of the functional sections to him.

In fact, the DentalTap architecture is implemented like this -

    • The doctor works with his tenant.
    • He can open tenant at the level of writing to the database for an unlimited number of users.
    • The doctor can be the owner of the account (tenant) and invited to the account of a colleague.
    • Tenant opens in collaboration with the ability to work with all or the functionality of the service or its sections.
    • The branch structure is implemented at the level of one tenant with the management of access rights from the owner’s account.
    • Access rights are implemented at the API entry point level.
    • Separate analytics by owner account and guest account.

    The advantages of this architecture:

    • p2p-concept, in which from the “cubes of personal automation” automation of the clinic and the branch structure can be formed.
    • Management of access rights at the level of the account owner (tenant).
    • Implementation of any organizational structure of the clinic.

In the second part of the review, we show examples of the organization of a clinic with the described architecture. In general, this approach can be implemented in any niche, which is centered on a specialist with the need for joint work - lawyers, for example.
