Ilya graduated from the Faculty of Radiocommunications with a degree in Radio Communication, Broadcasting and Television, Academy of Special Communication and Information Services under the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, and also received his second higher education, graduating from the Faculty of Economics, Management and Finance at the Russian New University.
He led projects on the creation and implementation of automated information systems used at large-scale international events. Since 2013, he has been working in the Stack Group and occupies one of the key positions in the cloud division, leads the development of unique client solutions.
What do you do in the company?
Today, most of the time is spent on projects to automate the company's business processes and develop software. In emergency situations, you have to do almost everything.

How many hours a day do you devote to work?
An average of 10-16 hours. Peaks are up to 20 hours.
How many hours do you sleep?
I try to sleep at least five hours in a row.
How do you have breakfast?
I have breakfast fast. Breakfast is like a light lunch. Necessarily good tea.
What are you doing along the way to / from work?
Since I get to work by car, my hands and eyes are busy driving. There are ears through which I try to get the necessary information. The audio content is different and depends on the circumstances. As a rule, this is information that helps in the work.

What applications and services you can’t do without?
Any software has an alternative, you can do almost everything. But in any case, something must provide communication. The main tools for me are Outlook, JIRA, Redmine, and Mantis.
What task manager / issue-tracker / repository do you use in the company?
We use Redmine, but from the new year we begin to switch to JIRA. We use Git as a repository. For one project, Mantis has historically been used.
What other tools and software do you use in your work?
MS Visual Studio 15 Community edition; MS SQL Server 2014, 2016; MS build; ReSharper 2016; TeamCity 10.
Does the company have internal projects?
Yes, we have a number of projects to automate the company's business processes.
What annoys you the most when you work?
Nothing annoys me the most. I am not an irritable person and will adapt to an irritant in which case.
What kind of professional literature would you recommend?
I would recommend reading a book by Yitzhak K. Adizes"Corporate Life Cycle Management . "
What do you prefer: electronic readers or paper books?
Paper books are nicer, but electronic books are more convenient. I read electronic options more - buy faster and start reading.
What technique and why do you prefer at work and at home?
Today everything is so unified that it makes no sense to stick to any brand. I choose based on ergonomic and technical properties. I also have a working VDI, and mail is available as a web application, so there are no big restrictions on working with any device. I think a modern company is striving for such a model.
What do you listen to when you work?
I rarely listen to anything while working. But sometimes, to set the mood for work, when you need to do something voluminous, you can turn on something. It can be any genre of music: from metal to meditation music, depending on the task and mood.
Which life hack allows you to be more effective?
Doing sports. It helps to switch the body to a different type of load, and when you return to work, much of the problem is clarified.

Do not put off, do it!
