I suppose 95% of QIP Infium users use it, including as an ICQ client, in connection with which, with the submission of the LJ user migdal_or , I had a question - do they violate QIP Infium EULA , and in particular
And do I understand correctly that in case of violation of the EULA, the user does not have the right to use the software and, thus, 95% of the qiPOs may be prosecuted for using unlicensed software?

You agree not to use QIP to access AOL services, servers and network.
