    New webinars

A couple of times a month we hold free webinars. Records of past webinars are published on YouTube. Here are the last three:

    Work environment and productivity
About setting up a work environment, tools, software, teamwork and personal productivity. Let's talk about how the remote work in the Hakeslet team is established.

    Ecosystems of programming languages
Let's look at how the correct Package manager should look, how it should solve the problems of updating dependencies and resolving conflicts. Let's talk about the importance of simply publishing packages and the benefits of central repositories. Find out where the legs grow from Cargo, NuGet, CocoaPods. Get to know the web ecosystem in programming languages. What is Rack and why it was ported to all languages, what Rails gave to the world, as well as where the concept of microframes came from.

Interview with CTO and with Wheely.com founder Ivan Samsonov
Let's talk about how Ivan became a developer, how he created his company, about hiring people and much more.

    New courses

PHP: Getting started (free) (for beginners)
Purpose: to establish and configure a working environment and tools for programming and developing web applications in the PHP language.

    PHP: Automated Testing
Does the code cover tests? This question does not arise from professional developers. It’s like washing your hands before eating. In this course, we will learn how to wash our hands with soap. Phpunit, which for many years has been the undisputed leader among the test frameworks in PHP, will be the sweet spot. It has wide functionality and is part of the family of so-called XUnit frameworks.

    Java Bytecode
The course is for those who already know the syntax of the language, but would like to understand what a black box in the form of a JVM with its ByteCode is, to “touch with your hands” what your code turns into after compilation, learn to read ByteCode and as a result learn to analyze programs even without source codes! All this and much more in our new course, which may be in demand even among leading developers.

The course has just begun, new lessons come out every week, now the first 5 lessons are available.

You can take a look at the full list of courses , including free ones.
