https://www.answers.microsoft.com/ja-jp/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-msedge/microsoft/c94fbd24-c5e1-4073-9e06-584645760573この辺が参考になるかな、と。最近のEdgeでは標準でFlashを再生しないように設定されています(これはFlash有効無効の設定とは別です)が、サイト側がEdge対応をちゃんと作り込んでいれば、ツールバー上の「パズルピース」ボタンから有効無効を設定できるようです。ボタンが出ないなら、サイト側が対応するまでは別のブラウザを使うしか無いように思います。(終息傾向のFlashプラットフォーム、しかもEdgeブラウザ限定の問題に対してデザイン変更して動作検証するコストを掛けるサイトがどれだけあるかは疑問)
