https://www.answers.microsoft.com/ja-jp/windows/forum/windows8_1-winapps/media/a6e2cbd1-0586-4a50-a664-5899d0227779の、mitubasuuさんの2014年12月31日の投稿をご覧下さい。ここに、公式ページに書いてない対処方法が書いてあります。と言うか、MediaGoは「非常に出来の悪いソフト」なので「MediaGoでなければ死んでしまう」など、特別な理由でも無い限り、同等の別のソフトを使用した方が良いです。少なくとも「環境がキチンと整ってないと、インストールさえ出来ない」ってのは「粗悪品」であり、こんな未完成ソフトを提供するってのは、普通じゃ有り得ません。S○NYがこれを採用しているとしたら「悪いソフト会社に騙された」からでしょう。採用契約してしまった以上、後から「粗悪ソフト」と判っても、採用し続けるしかありませんからね。
