Sensomotor coordination (SMK). Professional study / flight simulator

Toy quadrocopters and a professional test for pilots - is there anything in common?
Recently I wrote about the psychophysiology laboratory of Moscow State University and about iddqd quadrocopters (with immortality code). Immediately after I looked into my brain while reading the Habr and controlling drones , I passed a professional test for the special services of pilots and controllers.

In Europe, passing this test is a prerequisite for the issuance of flight certificates and truck driving licenses.

The test evaluates two completely separate characteristics: “proactive coordination ability” and reactive coordination ability. The corresponding task is to correctly position the segment (yellow) in 2 linear axes and along one axis of rotation and fix it in place. The test lasts 10 minutes. In fact, this test is the same as landing on a quadrocopter on a limited area (for example, a book) during a variable crosswind. According to my personal feelings, the level of concentration of drone control and test execution is comparable, but it’s a bit more interesting with a quadrocopter.

    Test results:

I was told that “in general, not bad”

Andrey Uchaev:“Data can be estimated by percentile (PR). Translating from Russian into Russian, percentile is your place in the sample. They took 100 random people and tested. The place where you ended up in the ranking is your percentile. Or, in other words, 64 percentile means that you do better than 64 percent of human urchins (samples / populations). And a little lower on the graph, the dark gray zone is the average value. The more to the right, the cooler. In the lighter area on the right is even better. Far to the right - generally nishtyak! You have not lost everything! ”
