Adobe introduced the streaming version of Photoshop for ChromeOS

Chrome developers said yesterday that Adobe has prepared a beta version of Photoshop for ChromeOS users. The official project page also says that other products from Creative Cloud will be available soon.
The application will be distributed on the principle of SaaS (Software as a Service) and will not be executed locally on the client’s computer, but in a virtualized environment, access to which will be via a web application. All data that the user will work with will be stored in the Google Drive cloud.
At this time, only Adobe Education customers in North America are eligible to participate in the beta test.
