Shuttle Endeavor from the inside: photos from last launch

Photographer Ben Cooper has chosen for his "specialization" photographing spacecraft, both inside and outside. Typically, Ben takes pictures of spacecraft launches (the last series of photos on his website is dated April 18 of this year, the launch of the Falcon 9 CRS-3).
But there is also a section on his website where there are photos of the Endeavor shuttle , moreover, these are photographs of the shuttle’s internal arrangement, in working condition, before its last launch on May 16, 2011.
Under the habrakat - a lot of photos, respectively, traffic.
In the photo - the shuttle cockpit, with all possible details. I wonder how long it takes to learn how to manage such a complex system?
By the way, Endeavor has now been placed at the California Science Center in Los Angeles, where it is on display. Over the entire period of operation, Endeavor made 25 flights, and the total time spent in space was 299 days.
