Yota Devices Introduces Second Generation YotaPhone Dual-Screen Smartphone

As far as you can understand, YotaPhone sales went quite nothing for themselves. Of course, this device did not begin to diverge in millions, but no one counted on it, because the device is a niche.
So, Yota Devices at the MWC 2014 introduced the second generation of YotaPhone. According to the developers, the flaws and shortcomings found in the first device are fixed in this device.
YotaPhone 2 is equipped with two displays, like the first generation of devices. One display, as before, is color, the second is e-ink (black and white, yes). But now the second display is also touch-sensitive, in the first generation of devices only the color display was touch.

Now the second display can be the main one, which significantly extends the device’s battery life (its capacity is 2550 mAh). As for the size of the displays, the color screen is now five-inch, and black and white - 4.7-inch. The resolution of the displays is 1080 * 1920 and 540 * 960 pixels, respectively.

The thickness of the device is reduced to 8.99 mm.
The hardware performance has been increased thanks to the installation of the quad-core Snapdragon 800. NFC support has also appeared.
Unfortunately, the planned price of the device has not yet been announced.
