Project Christine: Razer Liquid-Cooled Modular PC

Computer technology is developing very quickly, and this applies to both "industrial" and household devices. At the notorious CES 2014, a very interesting gaming PC was presented, having a modular structure, and liquid cooling of each module. The project is called Project Christine.

Its difference from ordinary personal computers and laptops is its modular architecture, while the main functional units, including a processor, video card, RAM, hard disk, etc. are inserted into the rack. You can place the modules in any order, replacing them if necessary (for example, replacing a less powerful graphics adapter with a more efficient one).

Each of the modules, as mentioned above, has a liquid cooling system. Blocks are interconnected via PCI Express. In order to see the parameters of the PC, there is also a module with a touch screen.

Unfortunately, so far this is only a prototype, and the company does not say when such computers can appear on sale, and at what price. Nevertheless, the project is very interesting, hopefully, something similar will soon be on sale.
