Gottfried Swarthholm passes as a defendant in rutor.org

Recently, I already wrote a post about Gottfried Svartholm, namely that he will be extradited to Denmark on November 27th (they have already been extradited), in which he is accused of hacker attacks.

Now, accusations against Gottfried Svartholm and his PRQ provider have already been made in the Moscow City Court, where he is the defendant in eight cases, the plaintiffs are Amedia, Non-Stop Production, VGTRK, Gazprom Media, and Central Partnership "And Star Media. Four lawsuits have already been satisfied.

Gottfried SwarthholmClaims were made against Svartholm, since the court considered it to be the owner of such resources as rutor.org and kinozal.tv. The VGTRK lawsuit for the TV series “Institute of Noble Maidens” explains that Gottfried Svartholm was listed as the owner of the rutor.org domain in whois data, which means he should be responsible for copyright infringement. The Moscow City Court ordered the co-founder of The Pirate Bay to stop distributing the series, pay state fees and publish a verdict on the site.

Previously, it was not known about the connections of the co-founder of The Pirate Bay with Russian torrent trackers. He founded the hosting company PRQ together with the other co-founder of The Pirate Bay - Fredrick Nage. The hosting provider PRQ is known for having Wikileaks and the site of the Caucasian separatists Kavkazcentr on its servers.
