Belarus has problems accessing Dropbox and DigitalOcean

From about 10 a.m. Dropbox and some Digitalocean regions (San Francisco, Amsterdam) became unavailable. The problem is common, observed regardless of the Internet provider. Hosts are accessible only from a proxy. The route terminates at one of telia.net or level3.net nodes.

UPD2:
Apparently, one of the backbone providers in the USA has problems.

Everything works. The problem with access was resolved in 5-6 hours.
