As a result, after reading a lot of laudatory reviews, I decided to purchase the Megaphone Login, since it was presented everywhere as an acceptable budget phone for 1999 rubles.
The price turned out to be the first disappointment, the device mentioned above costs only if you purchase it by stock and connect mobile Internet XS to any phone number of the megaphone network (seriously, with a certain amount of luck, you can pay 570 rubles in the Megafon office and make almost anyone happy anything, by connecting an unexpected unexpected service), the second disappointment turned out to be that the devices, according to the managers, “are sorted out like hotcakes” and they couldn’t get the phone right away.
But, one way or another, having become the happy owner of the phone, I set about preparing it for a trip on vacation. Opening the box, I found instructions, charging at 0.5A and very crappy headphones, and a factory protective film was glued on the display with small bubbles on the sides, in principle, this kit was quite expected.
It was unexpected that in order to open the back cover of the phone, after a couple of broken nails, we had to arm ourselves with a clock screwdriver. The cover is very tight and most likely the younger generation, senior citizens and many beautiful ladies will have difficulty opening it if necessary. The advantage of such a tight mount can serve, because at first glance everything closes tightly and tightly.
I must say right away that, according to the seller, the MegaFon Login phone will only work with the Sim card - Megafon. Having installed Sim and Micro-SD cards, I found that Micro SD is not readable (looking ahead, I’ll say that I didn’t have time to deal with this).
Oddly enough, the phone case is less pleasant to the touch, at least it doesn’t cause a desire to throw it on the wall. The back surface does not slip. The only thing I can’t pretend to say is 100%, but the edging of the case is more like plastic than metal, most likely it is a stylization.
Turning on the device, we hear and see a peppy screen saver of the mobile operator and immediately understand that the speaker on the phone is rather weak. But one thing is good, the phone is loading quite an acceptable time. But immediately after the download it becomes clear that the reviews on the Internet do not lie and the phone has a disgusting quality display with an uncalibrated touchscreen . And if you can still get used to a very poor viewing angle and constant withdrawal into the “milk”, then the touchscreen is a separate song.
It is almost impossible to type a search query or SMS message using the built-in android keyboard (other keyboards were not installed initially).
By clicking with your finger right in the center of the letter, it is quite possible to get any of the neighbors surrounding it, but not the one you need. Thus, typing a password from the mail becomes a very exciting activity.
According to my subjective feelings, after installing the official update (it’s possible by air), the keyboard starts to work a little better (although this may be the effect of self-hypnosis).
The firmware update is downloaded from a separate application (it surprised me somewhat, I'm used to the fact that the updates are checked in the settings of the phone).

There is not a lot of pre-installed software, bundled with the phone is pre-installed software of domestic providers of various information services: Mail.ru, Chempionat.ru, etc., I don’t take it for good or bad.
But what I definitely did not like was the top pull-down menu, where you can usually quickly turn off Wifi, GPS, open settings, and so on. After my Asus, it was very unusual to see unsigned pictograms , but in principle, using the poke and logic method, you can understand what is happening and the pictograms are there, in my opinion there are 6 in all.
The desktop design is also not happy, it is of course treated quickly, even some widgets and live wallpapers come bundled with the phone, but this is the first Android phone in my memory, where the desktop is so sickeningly decorated at factory settings.
Since I did not have time to use the phone for a long time, I can’t objectively evaluate the iron, I can say that the phone did not hang, the network catches normally, there is no reason to complain about Wifi either, with the active use of Wifi and the installation of voluminous applications from the Play market, the back cover heats up significantly. Of the applications, only translators and maps managed to test, due to the disgusting quality of the touchscreen, it was very difficult to type words in the translator, by the way multitouch naturally also does not work perfectly,When trying to scale the image in the browser, sometimes the result was unpredictable . The phone has a joystick or something like that. I didn’t have time to evaluate it in practice because I didn’t understand what it was for and where it works, from memory I can only say that by default, when I press the joystick when the main screen is open, it opens the applications pre-assigned to the buttons, but the information content of this joystick Again, it’s not ideal and somehow resembles a backlash steering wheel on a VAZ 2107. They returned 1999 rubles, of course 570 rubles to the mobile Internet (which was not needed in this case), no one will return. It even seems to me that this is a tricky marketing move, as in any case companies remain in the black, but this is certainly only a guess.

It is clear that it is difficult to expect miracles from a phone for 2000 rubles, but he did not even work for a day, which is very surprising.
