Google Chrome Pilot Demo - Turn Any Website Into an Interactive 3D Maze

A new experimental demo of Google Chrome allows you to turn any site into a three-dimensional maze and play a game in it with a ball rolling around the marking elements. And as a game controller, you can use a smartphone with an accelerometer. However, if the smartphone is not at hand, you can play without it by controlling the ball from the keyboard.

The goal of the game is to draw a ball from one corner of the site to another, to the goal, collecting bonuses along the way. The player has three lives and 300 seconds.

The mobile browser uses the smartphone’s accelerometer API and synchronizes with the desktop version that serves as the monitor via Websockets. To link your smartphone and computer, you need to log in to your Google account. In case someone doesn’t earn something (after all, an experiment) - here is a video of the gameplay.
