We ask questions to Intel experts. Software Intellectual Property

Probably none of you doubts that Intel has a lot of highly qualified specialists in various fields. Usually they are all very busy, but for the good of all, we decided to distract them for a short while to ask a few questions. Or rather, a few of your questions, for which we begin the rubric "we ask questions to Intel experts." Its rules are very simple: first we announce our expert and discussion topic. In the comments to the corresponding post you write your questions (you can also send them to me in private messages), and a few days later a post with answers comes out. We want to emphasize: "the experts express their personal opinion, which is not the official position of the company ." So let's go!
