Window Zoom

Using the well-known gesture with two fingers on the communicator, and on the computer in different browsers and text editors using Ctrl ++ and Ctrl + -, as well as Ctrl + mouse wheel, I noticed that there are two types of zoom, not one, and I need both everywhere . But almost everywhere only one of them is implemented. Partial exceptions are just some PDF viewers.

The first is the zoom itself, which changes the image scale along with its frames. That is, so that the arrangement of the elements of the picture relative to each other does not change, and the picture itself simply increases / decreases completely, and if necessary, the ability to scroll.

The second - when the image elements increase, and the image borders are held in place. It is possible to fit the enlarged elements by rearranging them. In English it is called reflow.

So, I think wherever a picture is capable of reflow - there should be BOTH zoom options. With an additional modifier key, such as Alt, or holding the third finger motionless while the other two zoom, but - it should be! Otherwise, horror, horror.
