Minecraft institute model printed on 3D printer

Ben Rothman (sophomore) created a one and a half meter map of Northwestern University. This model is unique - at first the entire campus was modeled in Minecraft, and then printed using a 3D printer.
In total, Ben took about 600 hours to do this (he began work in general in November). Materials for 3D printing took $ 2500.
Print data was exported using the free Mineways program .
Such data can be used to work with 3D printing services, for example, Shapeways and i.materialise .
