Absolutely will not be important, and the fact that you have the weakest device based on Windows Mobile with a screen starting from 176x220 and up to WVGA.
Mobiclip (.mo format) is a very advanced technology that allows you to play video files, flash-animation in full screen mode, play tunes. You can also play full-fledged flash-video games; use animated calls (flash), video calls; karaoke function is also present.
Mobiclip- Indeed, a progressive technology, since it works on low-end devices: a processor from 16 Mhz (ARM7 runs at this frequency)! True, the whole joke is that Mobiclip Player is free, while Mobiclip Converter is distributed only among developers and costs a lot of money. In addition, Mobiclip Converter is only a beta version.
To convert video to .mo format, of course, you need the Mobiclip Converter itself, which weighs 21323 Kb (already in the archive). In addition, the converter does not start without the Microsoft .Net Frameworks 1.1 package, which can be downloaded from the manufacturer’s website for free, weighs the miracle package 23697 Kb (already in the archive). And to convert the video you will need VirtualDub, weighing 893 Kb (already in the VirtualDub archive 1.9.0.30586 Russian Version + Plugins).
So, after downloading and installing the necessary programs (Mobiclip Converter, Microsoft .Net Frameworks 1.1, VirtualDub), you can get to work.
Instructions for converting video to .mo format :
1) Launch VirtualDub, and open the source file, for example video.avi
2) In the "Video" menu, select "Full processing mode"
3) Open the “Compression” menu in the “Video” menu and select a video codec from the ones listed - Actimagine Mobiclip Video Codec
4) Click on the “Settings” button and move the slider from 75% to 70%, with which we adjust Image Quality , i.e. picture quality. As you understand, you can experiment with picture quality
5) In the "Video" menu, select "Frame rate" and put the radio button on Process every other frame (decimate by 2), this changes the frame rate from 30 fps to 25 fps
6) In the "Video" menu, select "Filters". In the menu "Filters" a bunch of filters, you can experiment with them, but we will consider only the necessary. Click on the “Add” button and add a Resize filter. We change the size: in the line “New Width” we prescribe, for example, 640; in the line New height, write 480. In the line "Filter mode" set Precise bicubic. After that, you can click on the “View” button and see what happened. Regarding Windows Mobile (display ranges from 176 by 220 and up to 480 by 800), the values for Width Width and New Height may vary.
7) In the Filters menu, click on the Add button and add a Rotate filter, with which we are asked to rotate the image: Left by 90, Right by 90, Around 180 - that is, left 90, right 90, around 180 Now the happy owners of the PDA can watch the video in normal form.
8) In the “Audio” menu, select “Full Processing Mode”
9) In the “Audio” menu, open “Compression” and make sure that it is No Compression (PCM)
10) In the “Audio” menu, select “Conversion”. In the "Conversion" window, select the selective buttons 48000 Hz, High quality, 16
bits, Stereo (or check "No changes" everywhere)
11) In the “File” menu, click on “Save processing parameters”, and prescribe a name, for example, Mobiclip.vcf. Thus, we saved all the settings so that the next time we did not have to reinstall them.
12) Finally, in the "File" menu, click on "Save as AVI", and prescribe a name, for example, videoclip.avi. We look at how the conversion process is happening before our eyes. Close VirtualDub
13) Now open the directory where we saved videoclip.avi (we can see it in any player). Right-click on videoclip.avi, and select Convert to Mobiclip (.mo) in the drop-down menu. After converting to the same directory where videoclip.avi is located, videoclip.mo appears

The fact is that Actimagine craftsmen did not integrate one important function in their brainchild, most likely on purpose: the newer version does not understand the .mo files of the old player’s version.
Instructions for converting flash animations to .mo format :
To convert .swf flash-animation to .mo format we need Mobiclip Converter, Microsoft .Net Frameworks 1.1, and any tool for creating flash-animation, for example, Macromedia Flash MX.
1) Do not use alpha effects, gradient fills, or mask layers
2) Do not use bitmaps as background images
3) Use only one audio stream
4) For Macromedia Flash MX itself, in the Modify menu, select Shape and set Convert lines to fills. The fact is that
lines do not appear in Mobiclip Player
5) In the Library, in the Properties window, uncheck Use imported JPEG data
6) In the File menu, select Publish in the Flash section, set the following values for sound: Raw, Mono, 44 Khz
7) The frame rate should be at least 4. It should be optimal, otherwise there will be portacs with sound.
Now after creating your own flash animation and watching it on Macromedia Flash Player, right-click on it and select Convert to Mobiclip in the drop-down menu ( .mo). The resulting flash movie can be viewed on a computer.
Note :
By virtue of the above points, the flash animation downloaded from the network does not quite suit us: Mobiclip Player turned out to be too capricious, it simply does not understand many of the effects typical of modern flash animation.
However, you can download flash animation in the .swf format on the network, for example, Masyan and remake it, for this you need to run Macromedia Flash MX, and select Import from the File menu, specify the source file, for example, Masyanya.swf. Next, you will have to redo everything according to the instructions described above.

Converted video and flash-animation personally. Works 100% on RoverPC S6. I propose to try the new Mobiclip technology for specialists and everyone. The only problem is the size of the full-screen video (the settings described above were used): when converting a 31.5 Mb .mpg video file, we got a 10 Mb .mo video file!
