ProfitConf is a new conference on web development and web project management, which will be held in Novosibirsk on September 25 and 26 as part of Siberian Internet Weeks. And we want to make her damn good: we included excellent lectures and several master classes in the program. But first things first.
On the first day of the conference, there will be two streams of reports divided into four sections: backend development, frontend development, development for mobile platforms and project management.

The second day of ProfitConf is the day of workshops where you can study the technologies you like more deeply and in detail, reports on which will be held on the first day. We have prepared three master classes that will go in two streams.
At the workshops you need to have a laptop and a charger with you. Different master classes require different levels of training for participants.

Master classes
The second day of ProfitConf is the day of workshops where you can study the technologies you like more deeply and in detail, reports on which will be held on the first day. We have prepared three master classes that will go in two streams.
- “Modern approaches to layout: CSS3, HTML5, mobile platforms, responsive design, layout of mailing lists and other subtleties” - the second, revised version of the master class on layout by Yuri Artyukh from Evil Martians, which is being held for more than once and not only in Novosibirsk.
- “Introduction to Agile: Basic Principles and Engineering Practices of XP” - workshop by Anton Katkov, Scrum Trek. This master class consists of theoretical and practical parts . On the theoretical part, Anton will talk about the practices of Agile, Scrum and XP in an overview, after which on the practical part XP practices will be considered in action. Participants will be able to experience the basic XP practices, compare this with their usual development style, see the pros and cons. But the most important thing is that the participants will get real experience that they can apply in their daily work.
- “Development of web applications on Erlang by the example of developing the server side of an MMO game” - a practical workshop by Maxim Lapshin on development on Erlang , in which Maxim will show on an example of a real application how development on Erlang is going on, what are its advantages and how it generally use.
