The Royal Mint of the Netherlands has issued the world's first QR-code coin . This is a collectible silver coin with a face value of 5 euros, which is dedicated to the centennial of the mint in Utrecht. Three days later, a similar gold coin with a face value of 10 euros will be issued, a total of 2011 coins will be issued.
