Experience placing applications in Windows Phone MarketPlace
I will not dwell on all the vicissitudes of developing the application itself, especially since the article is not about that. However, registering with the Microsoft Developer Program may be helpful. We will describe the whole process in detail, in steps.
Become a Microsoft Phone Developer.
We go directly to the registration page. Here you can find out about the advantages of AppHub, about what opportunities we will have after registration. If you have not changed your mind, then click Join Now.

First of all, they will ask if you have a Live ID. If not, then register a new one (this process is quite quick and easy). If you have one, then just log into it under it.
Next, we get to the treasured page of registering ourselves as a new member of the Microsoft developer community.

We’ll select our country from the list of countries, and now we need to determine the type of account. I registered as a Student, for them Microsoft has special conditions and privileges. In this example, I registered as a regular developer (Individual). Let us dwell on this in more detail.
If you register as a simple developer (Individual), you will pay a monthly fee of $ 99 per year. If you are a student, then choose Student, and you will not have to pay this fee. However, you will still need to confirm that you are a full-time student. To do this, register in the DreamSpark program (we will not dwell on this in detail, since everything is described in detail on the site). I note that the difference between the Student and Individual types is only in the monthly fee. I do not know the specifics of registering a company (Company). We agree to the terms of use of the App Hub, and click Next.

At this step, we are asked quite a lot of personal and even intimate information - from the name and surname to the address and phone number. After filling in all the fields, click Next again.

Select your favorite icon, display name, and almost complete your registration. There remains one most important point.
If you are a happy owner of a credit card (with which Microsoft will grab as much as $ 99 with greedy little hands), then filling out the following fields will not be difficult. All. Registration completed. For students, this procedure is not. Registration confirmation will be sent to your mail. Formal registration completed.
We prove our existence.
It would seem that all? Not! Now we need to prove that we are not a monkey.
The geoTrust service will write to you, which will check you for

Hurrah! We are finally on the market.

We follow the link and we have a list of our applications. You have it empty so far, but still ahead.
It’s time to fill in your application, for this we click submit new app, and fill out all the fields (I will not give detailed instructions for this, nevertheless we have confirmed that we are not a monkey, so we can handle it). I will dwell only on the last step. On which I had epic fail. You went through four stages, before you is the fifth. To finally send your application for certification, you need to scroll down the page and press the button. The author (that is, I) did not notice this, and as a result, like a fool of about three weeks, he was waiting for an answer from testers.
Test application.
Here I will review my BurstIt application. I would also like to praise support for very quick answers: I wrote to them during the day - I received an answer at night, that is, just when they have a day, they are polite and with understanding even silly questions. The application is tested, on average, 3 days. The first time BurstIt was wrapped up due to the fact that the picture with the windows logo was used as the background, this was a violation of the rule on the use of trademark logos without their agreement. I quickly fixed it (just using the stamp in Photoshop I removed this logo, because I really liked the picture) and sent them again. After a couple of days, another refusal comes to me, for the same reason. I thought that I had to completely change the background, and made it completely different. Sending again. And again the feil, and again the same reason. Then my brain already refused to understand for which this time. I write in support to find out the reason, I get a timely response that I use the windows logo, and as soon as I remove it, everything will be fine. I did not argue and tried again to send the last assembly. Finally, for the fourth time the application was published, and it began to be sold (I will not mention the numbers, but they are quite modest, although I am still satisfied).
There is one point that I still don’t understand why I have a March 20 sales report for March 20 only. Why haven't the reports been updated for so long? If anyone knows, then unsubscribe in the comments.
That's all. In fact, this procedure is quite easy, and even more so worth it. Especially for students. Good luck to all!
UPD: If the application is paid - attempts are not counted, if the application is free - yes, the sub-affiliate submission is subtracted from 100.
All updates for paid and free applications are unlimited. Thanks VenomBlood
