500 people per line

An interesting art project by artist Clement Valla. Within the framework of the project, 500 people had to repeat on the screen the line drawn by hand by the previous participant.

In addition to beautiful pictures, this is also a great demonstration of how errors are multiplied when transmitting information without CRC (for example, when spreading rumors), especially if trolls are present in the chain.

Participants were found through the mechanical Turk crowdsourcing service (each received 2 cents for drawing a line).
