After announcing the closure of the last Egyptian provider, the news that a small team of engineers from Twitter, Google and SayNow (a company acquired by Google last week) developed the Speak To Tweet service over the weekend was very relevant . It allows you to tweet using only a voice connection.

Everyone can use the service simply by sending a voice message to one of these international telephone numbers: +16504194196 or +390662207294 or +97316199855. The service will immediately publish a link to the message with the hashtag #egypt. People can listen to messages by dialing the same phone numbers or by going to @ speak2tweet .

The developers hope that the service will somehow help people in Egypt stay in touch during this very difficult time.
