To get started, I purchased a Vogue magazine with a player. I must say right away - dear little magazine, since I bought it on the hammer already for 1000 rubles, but this is not so important.
When purchasing a magazine, a plan of action for its transformation into a projector has long matured in my head, since the old Svityaz M slide projector was lying around at home. So he prevented me from sleeping.
Having carefully studied the resource diyprojector.info, with the help of my brothers in arms, I transgressed. I’ll make a reservation right away, the project is not finished yet, because the holidays prevented me, you know which ones, and I could not get Fresnel lenses on time. Only one ruler with a lens was bought in an office supply store.
“Chinese welding” also helped me a lot :) - hot glue.

All work on the body is completed, proceed to the alteration of the cooling system of the lamp unit.
By the way, the block itself also underwent a rework.
Drilling holes for air in the input and output,
installed a converted lamp unit, and figured coolers and the front panel.
He glued everything with hot glue, and put it together for inspection, using masking tape, closed it, checked it, it seemed that it didn’t light up from the light bulb, and that’s good.
The whole unit is ready, tested for 5 hours, the temperature inside 74 degrees, everything keeps in place, but started to smoke, the lamp power trans, that's where the weak link turned out to be.
