Intel FPGA Stratix 10 TX: 58 Gbps Transceivers and 6 EMIB Components

Intel has released a new series of FPGA Stratix 10 TX , continuing the movement set last year. Thanks to EMIB technology, up to 6 chipsets can be placed in one package, 5 of which can be equipped with new transceivers with a capacity of 58 Gbps each. Thus, a single FPGA can have up to 144 58 Gbps interfaces.

Major improvements over its predecessors:
- The combination of HyperFlex architecture with 14nm Intel Tri-Gate technology allows you to get a twofold performance gain;
- Reducing the process also reduced the power consumption of the device by 70%;
- The packing density of components has increased 2 times.
