Samsung Vibrant (Galaxy S) was overclocked to 1.6 GHz

The xda-developers guys, known to many users of various mobile devices for their experiments on them, conducted another study, this time of our device, code-named Vibrant , which is a localized version of the Samsung Galaxy S for the foreign mobile operator T-Mobile, overclocking its processor by 60% from the frequency stated in the specifications, and the graphics subsystem - from 55-60 fps to almost 90.
