We tried to recall what hi-end class smartphones looked like in 2007:

When smartphones appeared on the consumer electronics market, people admired them, considered them to be excellent devices, but were often disappointed due to lack of work and design.
But then the iPhone appeared.

While other manufacturers for years ignored devices with touch screens, Apple figured out how to make a touchscreen device well and did it. Fans of ordinary smartphones, and especially techno-media, declared the new device useless or at least inconvenient, since it had a non-removable battery, did not have a keyboard, expansion slots or ports, but had other features that Apple decided to implement differently than most other manufacturers did .
But 3 years have passed, and now most high-end smartphones look like this:

2010 is in the yard. This winter, compact, inexpensive laptops (called "netbooks") looked like this:

When netbooks appeared on the consumer electronics market, people admired them, considered them excellent devices, but were often disappointed due to lack of work and design.
But then the iPad appeared.

While other manufacturers have been ignoring tablet computers for years, Apple figured out how to make a tablet well and did it. Fans of netbooks, and especially techno-media, announced the new compact and relatively inexpensive device useless or at least inconvenient, as it had a non-removable battery, didn't have a keyboard, expansion slots or ports, but it had some features that Apple decided to implement differently than it did most other manufacturers.
All this was not important. And now all the other manufacturers are thinking about how to make their own tablet computers as quickly as possible. And what do you think will be like most compact and inexpensive computer devices in three years?
