Ukrainian implementation of paid state-of-the-art spam mailing

Today I come home, out of the corner of my eye I notice on the table another advertising “candy wrapper”, similar to those distributed to passers-by on the street.

I picked it up - I’m watching “Video Surveillance Systems” ... I wanted to crumple and throw it in the bin, but I thought something, why would my mom bring the advertisement home?

I turn around and ... what do I see there? - a gas receipt ...

Not only is there an advertisement on the receipt, the gas supplier, Zakarpatgaz OJSC is also pushing ahead with advertising, indicating the following arguments:

    1) Cost - lower than that of a business card
    2) Efficiency - 100%, will fall into each house and office
    3) Validity - receipt must be kept for 3 years

Thus, the state organization Zakarpatgaz OJSC purposefully carries out mass spam mailing throughout the whole region. Judging by the information of knowledgeable people, this know-how came from the center and was introduced throughout the country.

Whether you want to read it or not is up to you, but you must keep it for 3 years! How do you like this?

And there would be no questions if it were a complaint from the supplier organization itself, such as on bank checks, but here ... the explicit, paid SPAM distribution ...

I have an idea to go pay for gas and write “Cucumbers, tomatoes. Inexpensive. Everything is fresh, without chemistry. Green Bazaar, row 11, place number 3 "- what will be the reaction of the cashier?

    UPD

After re-reading the comments and thinking a little, I changed my point of view a little. But all the same, he did not come to a consensus.

From the marketing side - yes this is a good idea, in principle, nothing to worry about. Indeed, why not use this type of advertising? because now advertising is everywhere.

From the end-user side , this is SPAM, whatever you say. None of the consumers agreed to send them any kind of advertising. Moreover, the advertising of a third-party organization and it must be maintained.

And do not confuse with advertising in newspapers and on television. TV and newspapers are part of the media, and TV is mostly free, there’s nothing to complain about.

The receipts, however, are far from the media; this is primarily a document of the established form. Advertising is permissible on them only in the form of information messages about the news of the company itself, new services, etc.

    Common sense

Tell me, how much is the company worried about end-user safety when using gas last?

She thinks so much for the consumer that instead of the safety rules for gas supply systems on the back, she prints advertisements instead.
