Know.de - simple and convenient lists of interesting places on the map

We always wanted to mark interesting places on the map and share them with others, and when Google and Yandex added this feature to our maps, we started to do it with pleasure. But they soon realized that their systems lacked flexibility and simplicity. Therefore, immediately there was a desire to make everything simpler and more convenient. We realized that we were so used to online bookmarking services that we could not imagine such a system without tagging. Therefore, it was decided to base the new system on navigation with tags and a convenient minimalistic interface.


The result was the service Know.de (“Know where” translated from Ukrainian). Know.de is an easy way to keep lists of places of interest on the map. In order to quickly look at how it all looks, we created a demo user.Here , for example, is a list of beaches in Dnepropetrovsk. And so - the details of a particular place.

Possibilities of the pilot version:

• Adding places to the map (you can set detailed information - phone, working hours, etc.)
• Convenient navigation using tags
• Ability to view and copy other people's places
• Text search of your places

Of course, we understand that this is only the beginning, and we already have a whole bunch of ideas for development - the social component, the mobile version, integration with other systems, etc. And we are full of strength and desire to realize all this.
